Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Everbound shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or circumstances beyond our control.

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

All content on the website (texts, images, designs, trademarks, logos, etc.) is the property of Everbound or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Everbound uses Shopify as the technological platform to provide the Services. However, all purchases made in the store are carried out directly with Everbound.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect related to sales between you and Everbound, including damages, losses or claims arising from purchased products.

By using the Services, you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to purchases made through Everbound.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

These Terms of Service are governed by Spanish law.

The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer’s place of residence or, failing that, those of the website owner’s domicile.
