What material are the covers made of?

Everbound covers are made from high-quality cowhide leather, specifically smooth Box Calf napa leather with a semi-gloss finish. We work with local suppliers, and each piece is handcrafted in Spain. This type of leather is known for its soft touch, durability, and its ability to age beautifully over time, developing a natural patina with use.

Are all covers the same?

No. Each cover is handmade, and every hide has its own character. For this reason, slight variations in tone, texture or small natural marks may occur. These are part of the authenticity of each piece.

How does the leather age over time?

With use, the leather softens and develops a natural patina, making each Everbound unique and personal. It’s a material designed to improve with time, not to remain untouched.

About the inner system

What are inserts?

Inserts are the notebooks or inner accessories placed inside the Everbound cover. They are available in different formats and paper types to suit different uses.

How are the inserts held inside the cover?

Inserts are secured with an inner elastic system, which allows you to easily add, remove or replace notebooks.

Can I use the same cover with different inserts?

Yes. That’s the core of the Everbound system. When a notebook is finished, you can replace it without needing to change the cover.

Are Everbound covers compatible with other notebooks?

Everbound covers are available in standard sizes A5, A6 and Passport size, so they can be used with inserts and notebooks from other brands that follow these dimensions. The inner elastic system makes it easy to swap notebooks according to your needs.

Personalization

What customization options does Everbound offer?

You can personalize your cover by choosing the leather color, the number and color of the eyelets, the color of the elastics, and by adding an engraving with your initials. Each Everbound is created according to your preferences, and you can customize it through the configurator on each product page.

Can I customize my Everbound after purchasing it?

Once your Everbound has been shipped, it’s not possible to add further customizations to the cover itself (such as engravings, eyelets or leather changes), as each piece is handcrafted to order.

That said, the Everbound system is designed to evolve with you: you can change the elastics whenever you like and add or remove charms over time. Your Everbound grows with you.

What are charms and what are they for?

Charms are decorative elements that can be added to the cover to give it a personal touch. They don’t affect the functionality of the system and are sold separately.

Shipping & orders

How long does it take to prepare an order?

Each Everbound is handcrafted to order. Preparation time may vary, but it usually takes between 1 and 2 weeks (this timeframe refers to production only and does not include shipping)

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the destination and the logistics carrier. The timeframes shown on the website refer to shipping only and do not include production time.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship within Spain and Europe. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

Important United Kingdom: displayed prices do not include taxes. Any applicable import taxes or duties are payable in the destination country in accordance with local regulations.

When is shipping free?

Shipping is free on orders over €120 within Spain and €150 within Europe. For the UK, free shipping applies to orders over €170.

For orders below these amounts, shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return a personalized product?

As these are personalized, made-to-order products, returns are not accepted, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

If you believe your product is defective, please email us at hello.everbound@gmail.com with photos and/or videos within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll review the case with you.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or with an error?

If there’s any issue with your order, please contact us at hello.everbound@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out as soon as possible. Claims for defective products must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

As natural leather and handcrafted pieces, each item may show slight variations in color, texture or natural marks. These are part of the product’s identity and are not considered defects.
